Upcoming Election
The election of the Board of Directors will take place at our upcoming Fall Meeting on November 4th at 6:00 p.m., held at the St. George Fire HQ. If you are unable to attend but still wish to cast a vote, please complete the Proxy Form below and email it to hoa@keystone225.com by end-of-day on October 28th. This allows you to designate a fellow homeowner attending the meeting to cast a vote on your behalf.

This panel of volunteers safeguards the financial health of the Property Owners Association and protects property values. They achieve this by advocating for homeowners externally, maintaining common areas, and ensuring community aesthetics through the review of exterior home improvement requests. Woodridge partners with Keystone Residential for our community management needs. Keystone is responsible for processing all POA assessments and ensuring compliance with neighborhood covenants and deed restrictions.
